The Work, Health and Safety Committee Terms of Reference were amended extensively as follows:
- Updated the title and references from 'Health and Safety Committee' to 'Work, Health and Safety Committee.'
- Added references to relevant legislation (Section 77(2) of the Work Health and Safety (National Uniform Legislation) Act NT).
- Added Critical Incident Controller to membership of the WHS Committee.
- Removed unnecessary wording, rearranged clauses and minor changes for readability.
- Meeting resolution wording changed from â€~majority’ to â€~consensus’ (standard across University Committees).
