The Term of Office for members was updated to reflect that members will hold their positions on the Committee for the duration of their appointment to University Council.
The Code of Practice referenced in clause 2.f was revised to link to the Code updated in December 2024.
Lastly, the roles and responsibilities were updated to state that the Committee will review its performance, membership, and objectives against the Terms of Reference, usually annually. Previously, the requirement was for the objectives and membership to be reviewed on an annual basis and reported to Council.

The quorum requirements for the Nominations, Honorary Awards and Legislation Committee terms of reference were updated to remove the requirement for both the Chancellor and the Vice-Chancellor to be present to achieve quorum. This was replaced with the requirement for the quorum to include either the Chancellor or Vice-Chancellor. The number of members required to be present is unchanged at three.
